My Adobe
article prints too large on the paper.
Help!
To Print a Document
1. View the article as usual using the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in
(within the browser window).
2. Check the image size in the lower left hand corner of the
Acrobat screen. (see the callout in the image
above for the location
in Acrobat Reader version 5.)
What you do next depends on how large the image
is:
If your article is smaller than the paper:
1. Click the print icon on the Acrobat tool bar to display the print
dialog box.
2. Check the Expand small pages to paper size checkbox. This will
your article to fill most of the page.
3. Click Print .
Here is an example

If your article is larger than the paper you are printing to:
1. Select the Graphics Select Tool, and click and drag to select a
portion
of the document to print.
2. Click the print icon on the Acrobat tool bar to display the print
dialog box.
3. Click Print .
To change your paper size
If the document can fit on legal size paper (11"x 14"), or tabloid size
(11" x 17")
and the paper is available,
you can select to print to these sizes.
1. Click the print icon on the Acrobat tool bar to display the print
dialog box.
2. Click Properties to display the properties dialog.
3. Select your desired paper size (Legal or Tabloid, for example.)
Then select
the orientation (landscape or portrait).
4. Click OK to close the Properties dialog.
5. Click Print .
